1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 786bdt website, downloading any application associated with the platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the platform and remains in force for the duration of your registration.

786bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of this Agreement will always be published at https://786bdt.ws/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any organisation, business, or other legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and "you" shall refer to both you individually and that entity.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 786bdt platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a commercial gambling business.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 786bdt or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 786bdt does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling laws and makes no warranty that the use of this platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list and have not voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

786bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 786bdt services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 786bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 786bdt immediately via the contact details provided on this platform. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on the 786bdt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being transferred are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent source.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 786bdt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and 786bdt makes no guarantee that any particular method will remain available indefinitely.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (subject to revision; check the Banking page for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: As published in the Banking section of the platform.
• Withdrawal processing: Processed within the timeframe stated in the Banking section; delays may occur due to payment processor timescales or pending verification requirements.
• Currency conversion: All balances are held in BDT. 786bdt does not support multi-currency accounts.
• Transaction records: You are responsible for retaining records of your own transactions. 786bdt may provide transaction history via the account portal on a best-efforts basis.

786bdt reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification ("KYC") procedures. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. This verification process is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is conducted to protect both the platform and its players.

Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee deduction upon withdrawal, as detailed in the Promotions and Banking sections of the platform. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming wallet.

5. Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering Requirements

786bdt offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions offered by 786bdt:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games on the 786bdt platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the individual promotion terms. In particular, live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
• 786bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun meeting the wagering requirements, the proportional value accrued up to the point of cancellation will be honoured at 786bdt's sole discretion.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player under any circumstances.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk or arbitrage bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay — will have the relevant bonus cancelled, associated winnings voided, and may face permanent account suspension.

6. Games, Sports Betting, and Results

786bdt provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting product is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the product interface or on the relevant game provider's documentation. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All casino games on the 786bdt platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are determined by RNG technology and are not influenced by any action taken by 786bdt staff or the platform operator.

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are subject to change up to the time a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in for that wager. 786bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect or erroneous odds, and the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or settled bet, the player must contact 786bdt support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. The decision of 786bdt management regarding any dispute is final, subject to the complaint escalation process described in Clause 10 of this Agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786bdt platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 786bdt support immediately; exploitation of known or discovered bugs for financial gain is a serious breach of this Agreement.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Reverse engineering, copying, redistributing, or modifying any part of the 786bdt platform, its software, or its content.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 786bdt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, personal data, or financial information without authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 786bdt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, databases, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 786bdt or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content originating from the 786bdt platform without prior written consent from 786bdt. Unauthorised use of the 786bdt brand name, logo, or trademarks in any medium is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 786bdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain a stable and functional platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786bdt and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by technical interruption.

786bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

786bdt is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the platform, please follow the escalation process set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 786bdt support team via the contact email published on this platform. Provide full details of the issue including your username, date of the event, and the nature of the complaint. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the first level of support, it will be escalated to the 786bdt compliance team for formal review. A written response will be issued within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: If you remain dissatisfied following the formal review, you may request that the matter be reviewed by senior management. The decision of senior management is final and binding on both parties.

All complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints raised outside this window may not be considered.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 786bdt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of it. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

In summary, 786bdt collects personal data that is necessary for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 786bdt support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements.

786bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 786bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• 786bdt is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to 786bdt.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected misconduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. 786bdt will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

786bdt operates under an international offshore gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786bdt is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Players accessing the 786bdt platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws governing online gambling. 786bdt makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 786bdt with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: Failure by 786bdt to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of 786bdt's right to enforce that provision on a future occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under this Agreement to any third party. 786bdt may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation.
